Where it all began.

RYLLS was born long before its first garment.

It all started in a sewing workshop in Gabon.

My mother, a seamstress trained in France, created each piece by hand there. I grew up surrounded by fabrics, patterns, sketches, and sewing machines. I watched her transform an idea into a garment, and then a garment into an emotion.

Her dream was to build a brand. Life never gave her the opportunity.

RYLLS became the continuation of that promise.

This house exists to extend her legacy, defend creation, and remind us that a dream born in Africa can also find its place in the world.

Because a dream has never had boundaries.


RYLLS was not born to follow a trend. It was born to finish a story that never had the chance to begin.

Origin Rylls

RYLLS's first logo was created in 2015, after many sketches and thanks to a friend who helped me find the brand name.

For nearly ten years, no piece was commercialized. I was looking for an answer to a single question:

How to create something unique?

Over time, I understood that you don't create an identity. You reveal it.

The only way to create something unique is to extend your own identity. We are all alike in one thing: we are all unique.

The "R" is inspired by the emblem of the province my mother comes from, and which is also mine. The spear in the center recalls our African roots and the history that gave birth to RYLLS.

Redesigned in 2025, this logo has become much more than a symbol.

It represents an origin, a promise, and a way forward.

Short filmsClothing is a piece. The short film gives it a voice.Creation has always been a part of my story. My father was involved in music. My mother in sewing. I grew up surrounded by images, sounds, drawings, and ideas.Very quickly, I understood that a garment alone could not convey everything I wanted to tell.Cinema became the natural extension of RYLLS.It is one of the few arts capable of bringing together image, sound, silence, glances, and time to evoke an emotion.Each work therefore has its own short film.Not to explain a garment, but to convey what brought it into being.RYLLS doesn't just seek to be worn.RYLLS seeks to be lived.

I will never measure RYLLS' success solely by its sales. I will measure it by my ability to see my ideas through, to stay true to this vision, and to have had the courage to build it.
